| A1 | Usually this range from 7-60 days depending on : - Type of puffs. - Volume of the order. - Material availability. - Production line occupancy. |
| Q2 | What is the standard term of payment ? |
| A2 | 1) Confirmed irrevocable letter of credit (L/C). 2) Partial T/T to start the production and the rest before delivery. |
| Q3 | What is the packing option ? |
| A3 | You may choose - Bulk packing for your cosmetics customers. - Individual poly bag for retail purpose, then pack into inner box, then into standard export carton. |
| Q4 | Can you make puff to order following what I have in mind ? |
| A4 | Yes, we do. You may send us sample with some modification instruction (if any). We will make it to you and your customer satisfaction. This is our expertise. |
